WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

All products we sell carry a full manufacturer's warranty.
J&S Distributors warranties for 30 days from invoice date providing no abuse has occurred.
Items damaged during installation, improper use or partially used will not be accepted.
Defective returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. Cash refunds issued only at OUR APPROVAL.
Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. J&S Distributors will not accept any COD shipments
Re-stocking charge of up to 20% may apply to any non-defective items that may be authorized for return.
J&S Distributors will only accept return of products purchased from J&S Distributors.

ROADPRO / DAS PRODUCTS:
After 30 days from invoice, products must be shipped to:
RoadPro Returns, 1875 Zeager Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022,
freight prepaid and your product will be repaired or a replacement will be sent back at no additional charge.
Call 1-800-233-7009 for return authorization.
ROADPRO supplies 90 Day Limited Warranty providing no abuse has been incurred.

You must receive authorization (RMA#) before returning any item or it will not be accepted.
Returns must be received at our location (above) within 10 days after authorization is approved.
ALL returns are subject to a careful inspection upon return. All products being returned must be 100% complete.
Even if opened, the original packing must be included and any accessories, parts, manuals, instructions, warranties,
or any documentation included with the purchased item(s) must also accompany the return of merchandise.
Manufacturer will deduct from us on incomplete returns, therefore,
we will deduct credit for missing/incomplete items.
Original invoice, or copy thereof, with return item(s) indicated and reason for item return must be enclosed.
Product(s) being returned must be properly packaged in proper shipping container/carton.
Any packages that have improper labeling and/or signs of having been tampered with will be rejected.
Products must have original bar code and/or serial numbers. All product labels (name, brand, UL listing, etc) must be intact.
Any items that have security seals that are broken, loose or show signs of tampering will be returned to sender.
Items that show signs of tampering, alteration, taken apart or have missing components/parts/accessories will be returned.
Any consumable type of merchandise (ie. additives, chemicals, bottled/canned merchandise, etc.) is not returnable.
Any digital media and/or software is not returnable. Return of electronics is limited to DOA (defective on arrival) merchandise.
Personal use items, such as health & grooming products, toiletries, bedding, etc. will not be returnable if package is opened.
Due to manufacturer guidelines, some products are not eligible for return.
